This page sets out the official terms and conditions that all players using the mm75dd platform must read and follow.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all players in Myanmar who access and use the mm75dd platform. By registering an account and playing on the platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms. We strongly encourage you to read this page carefully.
1. General Provisions
mm75dd is an online casino and football betting platform designed for Myanmar players. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and provides players with reliable services. By accessing the platform, players confirm that they accept all provisions of these Terms and any amendments made to them.
If for any reason you cannot accept any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. If you continue to use the platform, you agree to also comply with any immediate amendments set out in these Terms.
2. User Eligibility
To access and use the mm75dd platform, you must meet the following requirements—
- You must be 21 years of age or older. No person under 21 may register or play on this platform.
- You must be a single individual playing on your own behalf, not as a representative of another person.
- You must use your own bank account or payment method — transactions using a third party's funds are not permitted.
- You must be located where playing does not violate any applicable laws.
mm75dd reserves the right to verify the age of any player. If a false age verification is detected, that account will be suspended immediately with no refund of funds.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 One Account Per Person Policy
Each player may only open one account on mm75dd. Creating duplicate accounts using the same personal details, IP address, or payment method is a violation of this policy. If discovered, bonuses may be forfeited and accounts may be suspended.
3.2 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account login credentials safe. Never share your password with anyone. mm75dd is not responsible for any losses that occur if an unauthorised person accesses your account for any reason.
3.3 Account Verification
mm75dd may request a player's national ID card, bank transfer card, or other supporting documents when a withdrawal is requested or when deemed appropriate. Withdrawals will only be processed once verification has been completed in full.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available on mm75dd are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. All deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
- Players may only use their own payment methods.
- Deposits transferred from a third party will not be accepted.
- If you wish to claim a bonus after depositing, your account must meet the applicable conditions.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes, depending on the player's payment method and verification level.
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals can only be processed once bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals from accounts that have not yet completed verification may be placed on hold.
5. Welcome Bonus and Promotions Policy
Players making their first deposit on mm75dd can receive a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 30,000 Ks must be wagered ×25 — 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks.
Example 2 — Deposit 280,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 480,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks must be wagered.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus amount will not be included in the withdrawable balance until the wagering requirement is met.
- Slots play counts 100% towards wagering.
- Live casino play may count towards wagering at a varying contribution rate, depending on the game.
- Play that does not comply with the policy will not count towards wagering.
5.2 General Promotions
Each promotion may have additional terms specific to that promotion, which will be stated on the promotions page. mm75dd reserves the right to modify or close any promotion with prior notice.
6. Fair Play and Player Protection
mm75dd prioritises a positive playing experience for all players. Games on the platform are provided with the intention of fair play.
- Players must not attempt to find and exploit software vulnerabilities, or use computer bots to play.
- Fraudulent bonus abuse — such as coordinating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Intentional low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk may be restricted through compliance review.
7. VIP Programme and Cashback
The mm75dd VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up the tiers based on their play activity and receive a higher cashback rate as they progress—
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Please note that VIP level upgrades and downgrades depend on the player's gameplay activity.
8. Protected Personal Data and Privacy Security
mm75dd protects players' personal data with SSL encryption and handles it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information provided by players when making deposits will be used solely for the purpose of improving the company's services, and we commit to never selling or sharing it with third parties without consent. 11. Limitation of Liability
While mm75dd strives to maintain the fairness and accuracy of platform services, our liability is limited for losses arising from technical issues, server failures, or faults on the part of third-party payment service providers. If a technical fault occurs during a game and produces an incorrect result, we reserve the right to review that game session and take the necessary action.
12. Language and Notifications
These terms and conditions are presented in Burmese, and the Burmese version is the official version. mm75dd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice. Any amendments will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform by players will be considered acceptance of those amendments.
